Poorly managed HOA with lack of response or support to residents. No emergency preparness or individuals in charge of risk managment. Constant security, plumbing and elevator issues. Needs better management and organization. High HOA dues for the area, but no noticable property improvements in last 3 years. Many senior residents left to walk up flights of stairs for a month + without a working elevator. Many people had to move out temporarily during this time.
