I have had to go to a few different MULTICARE facilities recently and one thing that I have noticed is they need some cleaning. In the restroom I used at the imaging department literally has dust and hair growing up the walls in the corners, they need a good wipe down on the walls. The overall paint needs to be touched up in several of the offices. No one wants go to the hospital but I did have an awesome experience so I'd like to share with whoever plans on coming here. I came into this E.R. a few days ago & was absolutely amazed by the concern and care I received from walking in the front door by the most gorgeous woman with an amazing attitude who happened to be named Lucky (it was I who was Lucky upon being blessed by her grace while checking me in!) Ive recently been over here at allen more For stomach issues/impaction anyways the doctor was nice but nurses were rude one told me i would have to use a enema on myself i had 0 ideas of how it works & before they discharged me the nurse almost forgot to take out a needle so
Worst hospital I've ever been too. They won't ever diagnose you with anything and only listen to the very first symptom you say. They offer a lyft service but only on a chance so if you dont have money to get home at 1 in the morning you're just screwed.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis absolutely DO NOT GO HERE. As a witness, (twice) watch somebody's rights being violated. I watched a man be rushed to the floor by 12 employees and security and he wasn't even told he was on a hold he was just trying to leave. That's absolutely absurd anybody would be treated like that. Your staff in that unit walk around like they're entitled gods and know all.
