Allene is wonderful. I saw her for one session pre-partum where she taught me best practices, what to expect, and made me feel prepared for what was to come. Then I saw her after baby was here. She sat with baby and me to help improve his latch and overall nursing experience. She taught me a number of tips and tricks that I swear have helped baby get more milk, therefore more rest, and my husband and I more rest as well.
