As a native of Lancaster County, and having lived and traveled away for almost 25 years, it is both an honor and a privilege to return home and care for those whom I've known my whole life, and those I've yet to meet. I enjoy building close and trusting relationships with my patients, helping them strengthen their lives to the fullest potential, and optimizing the utility of the best healthcare system around to the benefit of my patients. Doctor Gagliano is a Great Doctor. She takes her time and listens to all my complaints. She really does care about her patients, and getting them the utmost care. She never rushes me to get to another patient. I am so great full to have her as my Doctor. She makes me feel like I’m one of her family members. My daughter and her children go to her also, and they just love her. I recommend her to all my friends and family members.
