I can't remember how I found out about this company, but I'm sure glad that I did! Not only are they reasonably priced, but they take the time to explain why and what they are doing, and they take time to listen to all of your concerns. They will teach you a bit or two about HVAC if you are curious about what and why they do what they do to service your unit. They suggest preventative maintenance so they don't have to come back. Who does that?? We are customers for life!
Sept 2025 This company was recommended by Chris, a former employee. Musty sock syndrome in AC. Called two BigBox companies to to resolve the problem & after $3500. later same problems. Milestone & Ellis Air were the 2 companies. UV light installed, oxidation installed,deep duct cleaning was done, coils cleaned, supposedly, air freshener applied. $3500 later, SAME PROBLEM. Our air started blowing warm/hot Friday evening shortly after 6:00 (of course this couldn’t have started Friday morning, right?!?) but by Saturday noon, Allenaire was at our house. Within an hour or so he figured out the problem and was able to get it fixed! Nothing like your AC going out in the middle of summer, but it’s so great he was able to come so quickly, knew what he was doing, and got the job done. Very nice guy, too. We are so grateful!!! Thank you!!!
WOW!!! I'm a older cancer patient who was recently without air for 3wks. First Am warranty was told by THEIR contractor I needed a new HVAC. Quotes were from $7-10k and the warranty was only paying a little over $1k. Unable to pay I put a fan in the window. Coming home to 81 degrees after cancer treatments. I saw a review for Allenaire.
