My gas water heater began to leak. Isaac from Triple S came out on a Saturday to check it out. He and Alex came back and installed and upgraded what need to be upgrading according to todays building and safety codes. They were professional and worked quickly. Isaac is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions.".
They were assigned to me through my home warranty to repair my garbage disposal. They installed the new one but did not connect the hose to the dishwasher properly and it came loose and our kitchen was flooded and the floor damaged. They would not fix the floor and said they were not responsible and they expressed no regret over it and show no urgency to fix to connection. This company was dispatched by First Home Warranty. The guy that came out to fix my garbage disposal seemed nice but apparently was completely incompetent and/or a liar! He told me that he wanted to check with the warranty company to see if they would cover a replacement & would get back to me. That same night I was washing dishes in the sink by hand and I realize there's water pouring out from under my sink! I immediately stopped and called them.
