The guy that came out did a great job installing out automatic water shutoff. We paid through a Moen program through our insurer. He could have done it an easier way and charged us but he was able to install it nicely without charging us extra. Worked fast, even helped me set up the moen app.
I would strongly discourage anyone from using Triple S Plumbing, especially if you're being referred through an American Home Shield warranty claim. I called American Home Shield because I had a leak and believed, based on a previous plumber's assessment, that a valve needed to be replaced. When Vic from Triple S arrived, he immediately told me the part was over 10 years old and essentially "needed" replacement anyway.
