The guy that came out did a great job installing out automatic water shutoff. We paid through a Moen program through our insurer. He could have done it an easier way and charged us but he was able to install it nicely without charging us extra. Worked fast, even helped me set up the moen app.

I would strongly discourage anyone from using Triple S Plumbing, especially if you're being referred through an American Home Shield warranty claim. I called American Home Shield because I had a leak and believed, based on a previous plumber's assessment, that a valve needed to be replaced. When Vic from Triple S arrived, he immediately told me the part was over 10 years old and essentially "needed" replacement anyway. I see people have written here reviews on how Triple S toys around warranty. I had my faucet water leak. First American assigned to Triple S. The plumber came for 5 mins and said the the inside of the faucet was jammed and we need to change the whole thing and we need FAM approval. FAM next day said they approved the part but they need to break all the tiles and change everything and you need to cover that. I called Triple S and they quoted me thousand(s) to fix it. Isaac from Triple S Plumbing took the time time to explain plumbing mechanics and why I keep having plumbing blockage issues and proper mitigation technique for the future. He had up to date snake equipment and was able to clear the blockage quickly without making a mess. The past three times I have had this issue the technician had a big bulky snake and he took longer to clear the blockage and there was more mess on the floor/countertop for me to clean up afterwards.
