I had an outstanding experience with the service department at Allen Turner Nissan. After sitting in a two-hour traffic jam in Georgia, my truck's AT malfunction light suddenly came on. I arrived after normal service hours, but Joey, the service manager, made an exception to check out my truck anyway. He took the time to make sure it was safe and explain what was going on instead of turning me away. We were two hours ago from home and traveling on my birthday.
