Like all dealership they are outrageous on price I highly recommend taking your car if you bought one from them and getting your money back go by something else that doesn't keep breaking down over the same thing every time
I’m still unsure whether what I was there for has actually been done or not (rotation). Next day after the service they called me to check whether I was happy with their service. I shared my concern with the rep, she said ok you will soon be contacted by the service mgr or someone else in charge. 3 weeks after I haven’t received any call or any follow up on my case yet.
Barry, the Service Mgr., is on top of everything! We stopped in without an appointment and he inspected our vehicle and addressed our issues. He also found a nail in our tire and was proactive in getting it fixed immediately before we left. Just waiting to make an appointment to return to get everything taken care of. Very happy with the service we have received so far.
