I have purchased 7 semis off of Allen’s over the years and had a great buying experience with all of them. One peterbilt we bought had an issue within one week after purchase. They quickly got it back in the shop, got it fixed, and the warranty covered it. Highly highly suggest giving them a look. Great group of people to deal with!
Our truck was enroute to North Dakota and started having some issues. Took the truck in & ran the codes to find the problem. They didn't have the part, but found it for us further along our route. Ended up that dealership couldn't repair it even though they had the part, so Tony worked out a way to get the part from them & fixed us up right there to get us back on the road headed West. Extremely efficient, helpful & went out of his way to help us "out of towners" out on our way through when we encountered problems. 5 stars! ... read more
