The most amazing place ever. Great staff who work together for the patient. I really believe that my son would not be where he is today if not for HSS! As a nurse I have seen it all and am truly greatful and impressed.
Dr. Westrich did both my mom's total knee replacements. She has a complicated situation because she also has MS and he and all the hospital staff and doctors took amazing care of not only her knees but her overall health needs. Every person we came across during both admissions from the doctors and nurses down to the people who cooked the food in the Belair cafe were the nicest most skilled people you could meet. Horrible experience, my daughter was treated badly.
Terrible first experience! Rude, unfriendly and extremely unhelpful staff answering calls. Called to make an appt. Person answering call was rude and put me on hold without me saying a word...kept me on hold for over 15mins, which I ended up getting disconnected and having to call back. Called back and another person answered calls just as unfriendly and sounded like she didn't want to be there. Found out Dr. Elliot not available until July!
