I had surgery with Dr. Girardi on September 2nd 2014 and I had an amazing stay, nurses and Doctors. I am up and walking around and feeling no pain in my legs. I was taken care of so well. I have never been in a hospital that was so professional, caring, patient and attentive. I would recommend any one needing surgery to go to Hospital for Special Surgery! Thank you all so much for every thing you did for me!

I just had spinal surgery at hss. As of now I feel that the surgery was successful. I no longer have any kind pain in my back and leg. My situation was so severe before this. After the surgery I had a 5 day stay to recover. I have to say, from beginning till the end of my stay the staff treated me with care and professionalism. This was the greatest experience I've ever had at any medical facility.
