Yes, you have to check that your practitioners accept your insurance, but that is the same anywhere you go. The level of care you receive at this miraculous facility is out of this world. I had 4 spinal surgeries at other hospitals prior to seeking care at HSS and I guarantee if I had come here for the beginning I would have only had one! A fabulous experience from start to finish. My total hip replacement by Dr Della Valle and his team was a great success (I'm in day 4 post op). I couldn't say enough about each person from the hospital who crossed my path. Every good wish, every smile and every moment exuded their Brand. Thank you all (and a special shout out to Cara Sussman, my PT whose care was so shockingly wonderful that I passed out in her arms while in the recovery room!, that's my story and I'm sticking to it!!)
