RecommendedThe only place to consider for any orthopedic issues. The physicians, nurses and the clinical staff are top notch. This is where all of the top athletes go for treatment so that is an indication of how specialized they are. I had 2 surgeries here in 2 years after being misdiagnosed at one hospital and not getting proper care at another. I wouldn’t consider going through anywhere else and very happy with the outcome.
RecommendedWife had a complete shoulder replacement as well as foot/toe procedures. Traveled over 70 miles from eastern Long Island and it was worth every inch! From the surgeons and nurses to the hospital staff, this place just operates on a higher level than any other hospital experience we’ve had.

Everything was very easy to complete prior to appointments and inpatient intake. they were flexible with me, being from out of state. The nursing staff was amazing and the attention to detail impeccable. I felt right at home in NYC at HSS. Thank you HSS, see you for the right leg! ;)
RecommendedThis is an incredible hospital with very, very kind people everywhere to help you... Which is kind of necessary considering how gargantuan the hospital is. LOL They have security guards EVERYWHERE and as soon as one of them notices the confused look on your face, wondering where the Hell you're supposed to be, they will hop right in and help you before you even have to ask!
