We worked with Melissa Sanchez. She was generally nice and had a fun attitude and she knew the area well. So, she was great at helping us find the property we liked. However, once we began working on the contract and all the way through to closing, she became pretty seriously frustrated when we dared to question her recommendations or requested to negotiate the terms of the sale. In escrow (maybe). Have bought/sold over 20 homes and this by far has been the worst experience ever. Will never use them or their realtors again. What a nightmare.
