Update: File a BBB complaint as the harassment continued. Result? BB accepted complaint as legit and forwarded it to these folks. End result? Update! The harassment continues. Now they have resorted to putting flyers on the outside of neighborhood mail boxes! The ones that have fallen off and are laying on the ground do NOT help sell a house as they make the neighborhood look trashy. And the ones still on the mail boxes don't exactly look attractive either! Why was this done? Hoping someone in the neighborhood can do the listing agent's job and sell the house for him? We worked with Melissa Sanchez. She was generally nice and had a fun attitude and she knew the area well. So, she was great at helping us find the property we liked. However, once we began working on the contract and all the way through to closing, she became pretty seriously frustrated when we dared to question her recommendations or requested to negotiate the terms of the sale.
