When you're under contract, there's not much you can do. I've learned my lesson. Find someone else and save yourself the trouble.
We relocated to the Concord area in September 2024. The relocation company found us Thecla Widenhouse from Allen Tate Realtors. She was incredible to work with and very knowledgeable of the area. She helped us find the perfect house for us.
Used Mr. Goodnight a few years ago. He really worked to help my family with a few properties. I'm not sure if he's still here, but we've been talking to a lady who so far has done a great job. 10/10, we appreciate your help

We were first-time home buyers and she helped us with every possible question or concern we had, and made the entire process very smooth.
