Everything went down hill after Millennium Physicians Group took over. No wonder Dr Jacobs retired. That said I do like my new dr Dr Quintana.
The office staff and Dr. Jacob's were awesome..... until the corporate takeover by Millennium Physicians. Now it takes several days for referrals, it is almost impossible to get in touch with the local office because most calls are redirected to Corporate... in Texas, I believe. Then, when you do get in touch with the office, if you have any problems there are no on site supervisors, so you must make a seperate phone call to someone who has no idea what is actually going on. Terrible!!
