High recommend Allen Steele Plumbing, called and spoke with the sweetest coordinator, Mrs. Kitty had Allen and his assistant come to check things out, replaced my water heater and everything works perfectly. Great communication, on time and just good people!!

Needed the drain to my bathtub checked out, as it doesn’t drain. Even after cleaning it out! Steele Plumbing showed up at a different house! And after my landlord emailed them, asking them to please help us out, they called her and BLAMED HER for not telling them exactly which house to go to?! Even though my landlord DID tell them! They then proceeded to tell my landlord that she’s “fired” from being a customer ever again. All because the plumbers decided to go to the wrong place.

My home warranty service recommended this company.After have another plumbing problem on top of the one I already had, called them and very helpful and they came to fix both problems.Answered all questions,arrived on time,fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards
