HORRIBLE!! Please Read! I am a Disabled Veteran. The owner gave me an estimate on tree trimming, and we came to a verbal agreement. On the day of my appointment, the work crew arrived, but not Mr. Allen. I reviewed what work was to be done with the crew leader, and work began. Approx. 2 hrs into the work, the crew leader said "We're all done, would you like to come and look".
