They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever.

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Have sent several of my friends to this Dentist. Great guy, very friendly...

Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? No, they could have used some continuing education Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through.

Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.

Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
