Brian showed up for 2nd time to repair my Hvac issues which was not cooling. I was told ants had invaded my unit & blocked the conductor. Brian stated he replaced my "conductor" but did not leave the "faulty" conductor nor show me the "faulty conductor". Brian had added coolant to my unit 2 days prior because the unit was not cooling so when calling him back out I was in shock of the new bill especially since their were ant mounds in the yard and he never warned me " Ants will stop the unit from cooling". This company did work at our office, the workers were very nice, heard no cursing and saw no smoking. Thank you Mr Allen for trusting these guys to do a good job.
Our HVAC went out and we had called around to many AC places. Allen's was the ONLY one who cared enough to come out and help us even though it was after hours. We had told all that we had severe health issues and this is the only company who cared enough to help us. Very professional, reasonable and respectful of us. Thank you so much
