Brian showed up for 2nd time to repair my Hvac issues which was not cooling. I was told ants had invaded my unit & blocked the conductor. Brian stated he replaced my "conductor" but did not leave the "faulty" conductor nor show me the "faulty conductor". Brian had added coolant to my unit 2 days prior because the unit was not cooling so when calling him back out I was in shock of the new bill especially since their were ant mounds in the yard and he never warned me " Ants will stop the unit from cooling".
