Today three wonderful men came to the laundry room and installed a mini split unit. Mr. Thomas. Eric and Cody done a wonderful marvelous job. Thank you, Lord for these three good men.
Another company quoted us $17,000 with no other options. Allen's gave us 5 price points to choose from. Installation was next day. The gentlemen who came out to install the unit were hardworking, professional, and friendly but not at all intrusive. Due to the location of part of the unit, it is an extremely difficult install. We had a snafu that led to a delay in getting some of the final work done, but they did make good on it. Brian showed up for 2nd time to repair my Hvac issues which was not cooling. I was told ants had invaded my unit & blocked the conductor. Brian stated he replaced my "conductor" but did not leave the "faulty" conductor nor show me the "faulty conductor". Brian had added coolant to my unit 2 days prior because the unit was not cooling so when calling him back out I was in shock of the new bill especially since their were ant mounds in the yard and he never warned me " Ants will stop the unit from cooling".
