Terrible customer service. I placed an order on October 3rd after being referred by a co-worker. At the time of the order being placed Jeremy told me that my screens would be ready in 3-4 weeks. Here on December 19th I get a text saying my order is ready. Not one time did he reach out saying things were going slower than expected or any communication at all. I told him I no longer needed the screens that we had went a different route. His response was that the person that referred me is going to have his account closed too. ... read more

Did great job in the past but cannot get a call back after going to website as directed I think they are closed and I still need screens

Unfortunately this company does not services in my area. I will leave a review that they were nice enough to get back to me so promptly via email. I’ve had a few companies not even bother to follow up with me. They did offer to give me an estimate on screens but sadly I need someone to come out, measure and install them. When people communicate with you that says a lot.🙂

WOW! I love my huge screen panels and doors installed by you guys. The large panels provide an amazing view. Thanks for suggesting the heavy duty screen. I can’t wait to order my plastic panels for wintertime use of my porch. Everything looks perfect. Very clean and beautiful install. My porch has a whole new life now!
