Ian Walker, at Allen Samuels Hyundai in Jackson, Tennessee, Was absolutely phenomenal. He answered all my questions very directly and honestly as I was shopping for a 2026 Palisade. The business manager, Corey was also wonderful to work with and we are very pleased with the Hyundai we pur... read more

Snacks and coffee have always been nice and available and a clean spot and in all times gone by I’ve been very very pleased, but there was a tremendous misunderstanding, and I am very very disappointed. And my sister was caught up in the same kind of misunderstanding when she bought both her cars from the same dealership in recent months. I dare say that she and I probably will not buy the Hyundai vehicle anymore.
Just purchased an elantra from Parker. He was very knowledgeable and funny. Cory and Lukas were also extremely helpful. Go see Parker to get into your dream car!
I can't recommend them enough - fantastic customer service!
