Ed was great with helping me!
My husband and I on our road trip noticed the engine light come on, a little panic, called the Hyundai dealership ( we were in Jackson, Tennessee) Spoke with Ed and John at the service department. They are highly professional and within a short time diagnosing the problem requiring a part! They went above and beyond to reassure and help us get through the road trip! They are God sent! Makai the salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable, snd helpful.. The financing department was excellent. It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle.
Three and a half hours for an oil change and air filter on a Wednesday. They recommended changing the cabin filter too, it has been 2k miles since it was last changed. Cabin air filters normally need changing every 12,000 to 15,000 miles, and that is being generous. The sales department is great but the service department remains a problem. They are lazy and scam artists trying to nickel and dime you with every little thing they can tack on to get your bill over $500 a visit. For an oil change.
