The customer service Is absolutely phenomenal bought my Santa Cruz two years ago and still love it!!! The few little issues I had were for the most part resolved by the service center, same day!!! I absolutely will buy my next vehicle from Allen Samuel’s Go to Brandon Yancey or Josh Volner in the service department, they’ll take care of you.
Today we drove two hours to buy a specific car from Allen Samuel's. We had an appointment for noon on a Saturday. As of Thursday at 330, the car was still available. When we arrived, they walked us to a car that was different from the one we came to see and informed us that they had sold the other. The cars were very different. After letting them know our dissapointment, they tried to show us a newer model of what we came to buy and it was much more expensive. I felt like it was a major bait and switch.
