The worst place ever - when i first got my car - It was awesome - And now - the place is a mess - I've been here for way longer than needed to be for a damn oil change - I'm now gonna take it to walmart!!
Sales dept is great....however, the service dept is HORRIBLE! I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to have ANY services done there. The rep Robin is HORRIBLE and she has a damn attitude! The 3 times I had to go to the service dept, she has been THE worst. Never again will I go to that location, EVER.
If you purchase a car from here, I almost guarantee you will regret it.

Donald Guillory was absolutely amazing! We had an appointment for a specific vehicle (with a different salesman), but it was sold. No one cared to inform us about it. Donald was very patient and sweet: he found another car for my son, explained to him the benefits of having this upgraded model, and dropped the price to the original one we had in mind. As a result, my son got his first car and drove away very happy. Thank you so very much, Donald. Happy holidays! Natalia and Brent.
Went in for an oil change at 7:15am. Didn't get my truck back till 9:30am... I was told "45 mins and we'll get you back on the road" and very poor customer service by Javier K. Not coming back here again for a service...
WORST service department and what makes this the WORST dealership is that apparently not even the General Manager cares that this dealership has the worst reviews and doesn't acknowledge customer complaints!!!!!!!!!
