Wanted to give credit where credit is due. Called asking about a car on their lot. As a potential out of state buyer, talked with John making sure its something they could do. He was able to get me info on the vehicle, answer all of my questions and get me the proposal I was looking for. He went above and beyond checking in on me asking if I had another other questions or needed anything else. I received a recall notice on my 2023 Ram 3500 Promaster Thor motorcoach on the backup camera module. I found Allen Samuels dealership to be the closest location. I was able to get a next day appointment. I was warmly greeted upon arrival and though somewhat busy. In a little over an hour the requried software update was completed. Noted a new showroom was in construction, wish them the very best. Friendly people, met expectations and more.

The sales process of actually getting the vehicle was great. I live in a different state and asked to have the vehicle delivered. I was told that it would be done, the delivery driver would come pick the vehicle up on his truck the next day and I would have it by lunch time Monday morning, well I find out by checking my Blue Link app that my vehicle is not on a truck being delivered but is actually being driven down by someone.
