I needed some replacement key fobs for my vehicle. I have not had the best customer service in the past at this dealership but it has been years. However, I had the pleasure of working with Vince in parts to help me get my parts ordered. He was a joy on the phone and just as much of a joy in person! Mr.Raymond showed me excellent service and dedication. Called every Chevy near College station and he was the only one interested in picking my car up as soon as possible and getting me started with the repair. I will never choose a small shop over the motherland dealership anymore as I was able to meet Mr.Darren and realized the amount of knowledge the techs hold is worth paying for over saving money. It’s safe to say I was at ease knowing Mr.Darren was the one working under my hood with all the knowledge he carried.
No technicians are here that can diagnose electrical issues. I called before spending the money to have the vehicle towed to the dealership and they kicked it out under the excuse that the vehicle is modified. The vehicles modifications were running fine prior to the issue. After that, they shipped it off to a diesel shop in Bryan who also couldn’t do electrical repairs. (TLDR; my trailer brake control module dragged my can bus system down and these dummies couldn’t figure it out and didn’t try because it’s a diesel) After w... read more
