Great experience first time i went there but it all went the opposite way in last two visit. A few months ago, i went there to have my tire replaced and issues with front trim popping out due to faulty clips, as i was told. Melissa helped me and she was great. She checked my warranties and said i didn't have to pay for the tire as it was covered. This month, two of my tires had punctures and warnings on dash stating low tire pressure. I went to the dealership to get my 2019 traverse serviced because it stopped on the road. Allen Samuels service department fixed the issue in May and was back with them again in August for the same issue. Well I appreciate the service Manager being up front with me and my husband and let us know the truth without just letting us keep patching it up.
