I've been seeing Dr. Chen for a couple of years as we explore options for relieving pain in my back. We've not achieved the successful outcomes we've hoped for, but it is not for lack of effort and knowledge on his part. He remains ever optimistic and is a joy to work with. I'm confident that a solution is on the horizon and look forward to my next visit with him
Communication was terrible, follow-up was nonexistent, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived, confused, unheard, and unsupported. If you value your health, time, or peace of mind, stay far away. There are far better doctors out there who actually care about their patients. You have been warned.
Back in April 2024, I went to the UCLA Spine Center for lower back pain. Dr. Jae Jung told me the problem was my SI joint and gave me a steroid injection. It did absolutely nothing. A couple of weeks later, they tried the same injection again—still zero effect.
