I had an unusual accident at the dog park and was left with a spine injury. I was followed by Dr. Chen at UCLA and he was the best. He is a true professional. Kind and confident. He really helped me understand what to expect and calm my fears about future issues. The physician residents and support staff at the clinic were also great! I recommend Dr. Chen and the whole clinic!
I've been seeing Dr. Chen for a couple of years as we explore options for relieving pain in my back. We've not achieved the successful outcomes we've hoped for, but it is not for lack of effort and knowledge on his part. He remains ever optimistic and is a joy to work with. I'm confident that a solution is on the horizon and look forward to my next visit with him
Communication was terrible, follow-up was nonexistent, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived, confused, unheard, and unsupported. If you value your health, time, or peace of mind, stay far away. There are far better doctors out there who actually care about their patients. You have been warned.
