I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chen. I came to him with back pain that was diagnosed as SI joint dysfunction. Dr. Chen was working with a fellow, who spent a significant amount of time talking with me and hearing my story, so I expected to only have a minute or two with Dr. Chen. Horrible bedside manners, called a resident a “retard” in front of me, a patient. Didn’t ask me questions or context, would not look at me the whole visit. Dismissive. Go somewhere else.
Professional, effective and very pleasant to deal with! Went to Dr. Chen for SI joint pain and he gave me a cortisone shot in the operating room (only place to do it right!) and it completely alleviated my pain. Support staff was really friendly, helpful and professional as well Definitely recommend! KEG
