I rented a studio for 6 1/2 years over at 3419 W Colorado Ave. The price was affordable and maintenance was reliable. Leasing and office staff were very friendly.
They bought a house next door to me. I have called them to get it rented for my grandson and it’s one excuse after another. They left the house with the doors wide open and I closed the doors so critters would not get in. They say they haven’t got anyone to work on it. We offered to clean it. Rented from them for years. Good landlords.
Very upset at how my concern was handled. They haven’t had a dumpster for our property with 8 units in over a week. Trash is on the property and attracting more and more bears. One even tried to get in my car while I unloaded and my dog chased it off. I could have really been hurt. I told them I’m scared and the reply was… They said it’s not their fault to call animal control and invited me to break my lease any time and move out! They didn’t even care! I have recorded the phone call recorded even!
