I rented a studio for 6 1/2 years over at 3419 W Colorado Ave. The price was affordable and maintenance was reliable. Leasing and office staff were very friendly.
They bought a house next door to me. I have called them to get it rented for my grandson and it’s one excuse after another. They left the house with the doors wide open and I closed the doors so critters would not get in. They say they haven’t got anyone to work on it. We offered to clean it.
