Michelle was kind and considerate as she worked with me today! I always have a great experience when I come for my dental appointments. Every one of the employees and of course, my Doc, Dr. Steve, shows genuine concern for my comfort and satisfaction. :))
The check in was seamless. Everyone out front was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process. The hygienist kept me updated on what was going on and did an excellent job with the assessment. The dentist was very informative and thorough.
I know I am in excellent hands at the Allen Dental Center. The dentists and their staff are friendly and helpful and everyone takes their time to explain the procedures. I appreciate it too that the office staff sends several reminders of ones appointment. I recommend the Allen Dental Center highly to everyone.

One of the multiple times I’ve had an appointment for my teeth, and the care was great every single time. The staff does a great job at communicating and making everyone feel welcome.
I just had my teeth cleaned and the Hygienist was awesome. She provided exellent patient care, immediately putting me at ease and totally comfortable. Every interaction I've had over the years from the front desk personnel to the hygienist and dentists has been beyond my expectations. I give them an A+++++.
I knew my toothache needed attention and was really glad to be seen so quickly. I’ll have a root canal tomorrow morning and will be on the road to recovery.
Dr. Jeffrey Williams and his staff exceed the highest expectations. I feel very thankful and blessed for such caring and professional team.
