The staff is great - very nice, kind, and helpful. Dr Brad is excellent and very easy going! He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I had a chip on a front tooth and he fixed that as well as a couple other fillings. You cannot even tell I had the chip, everything looks perfect!
Allen Dental Center ROCKS!!! The doctors and their staff are the BEST!!
My appointment time was my actual start time, Dr Jeff told me just what he was going to do and he did it with minium amount of discomfort. His assistant was very polite and courtious. My bill ws just as I had expected and everyone in that office is very pleasant and looks like they are working for family.

My visit today was very pleasant. I did not feel rushed and everyone involved took time to give thorough explanations and answer any questions I had. I ususally do not find the dentist office very relaxing, but I can say that I did find myself relaxed through out the examination. All the staff I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.
I discovered a loose crown that needed repair. I called Allen Dental Center during off-hours and left a message. They returned the call after they opened for business at 8:00am. They asked me to come right in and I was home by 10:00am. I truly appreciated this quick attention to my problem. The crown was not even their responsibility. It had been installed several years prior by a different dental office.
Excellent customer service, very nice people to talk to. They make you feel welcome, appreciated and they spend time with you instead of rushing to the next customer. Relaxed and friendly environment.
We've been patients of Dr. Steve's for a few years and he and his entire staff are wonderful. They are very professional and punctual, yet maintain a very cheerful and friendly environment, making every patient feel special and well cared for. Everyone in the office makes us feel like we're "family" and are so extremely kind and considerate of our specific dental needs. We love Allen Dental Center and recommend them to everyone.
Very prompt appointment, little to no waiting! My dental hygienist was very friendly and did an awesome job cleaning my teeth.
