I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment, everyone in the office is very friendly and very helpful. I feel that I receive excellent care and excellent service at Allen Dental Center.
As always extremely professional and expert work. Brad and his assistant are the very best! For over 40 years I disliked going to the dentist. So I went only a few times. In time my teeth were really bad and not attractive. Beginning in March of 2012 I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Steve Williams. It went better than I ever imagined. Great and caring staff. New panoramic X-Ray is a wonderful technology addition.
Office staff, dental hygienist,and doctor made me feel very comfortable.
I was very nervous to go to the dentist, (it has been many years) but from the assistant that answered the phone, the hygenist and the dentist, I was able to relax entirely! They were very informative and concerned foremost about the health of my teeth. I highly recommend this dentist and their staff is fantastic!
Allen Dental has a warm, inviting atmosphere with staff that care about each individual. All of the hygienists and dentists listen to your concerns and let you know your options for treatment without any pressure. I highly recommend Allen Dental.
Great service from receptionist up front to hygienist to doctor. Saw me on time. Pleasant atmosphere too. The doctor did not appear in a hurry to rush me out. Thanks for the excellent service.My kids love this place too!
