Professional and awesome as always!!
The appointment went great. Everyone from front desk personnel to hygienist to dentist is friendly, informative and very understanding of patients needs and means and the prices for services appear to be very reasonable.
Very friendly hygenist. She gave me compliments on the lack of placque on my teeth this time. (I switched toothpaste & it helped!) Very pleasant experience.
This is an office that got me over a fear of needles - They listened to my fears/concerns and took the time to work with me - Excellant, caring care from cleanings to crowns! Everyone I deal with in the office is wonderful.
My experience with this Dentist & there staff was excellant!! They made me feel as comfortable as possible and seemed to really care about me. I would recommend them to anyone!
Dr. Brad is the nicest and Shelby and Angie in the front office are super sweet!
The hygienist that cleaned my toddler's teeth was very patient and good with him. He was excited to have his teeth clean and it is because the two times he's had cleanings, he's been taken very good care of and so he loves to come get his teeth cleaned!
Very professional staff with a very personal approach. I never felt like I was just another someone sitting in a dental chair. I really felt like they truly cared as much about my teeth as I. What a great team!!
Always a pleasure to visit the Allen Dental Center. Everyone is very efficient, friendly, helpful, on time and the fees are reasonable. Dr. Jeff Williams and brother, Steve are thorough, understanding and a pleasure to work with. His work is not only guaranteed (with regular cleaning) but he's kept my teeth & gums, my wife's teeth & gums and many of my neighbors' teeth in excellent condition for many years.
