I was trying to get a place with them, and have been waiting a MONTH for a definitive 'yes' or 'no' answer. Very poor ethics, indeed.

I've been in the same house for 4 yrs and it needs repairs bad. The sink was falling out and all they did was use silicone to fix it and its all bubbled up lol looks like crap. Then they finally come asses other damages after 2yrs of trying to get them out here Mark don't want to fix the sink or the roof or paint. Then I get a letter saying they will be here on a Fri between 9am and 6pm lol who comes at 6pm to do anything. Very poor business ethics. Over charges for repairs, $50 repair and charges $600. Charges late fees when rent is not late. Does not repair most of the time but still charges for repairs. With holds rent from owners. Steels appliances then charges to give them back. Keeps tenant deposits because he feels he is entitled, even if there is no tenant damage. I would give a lower rating but it does not go into the negative.
