I put in a request for modification to a lease on a commercial property they had listed - and was not even communicated back too. After wasting my time communicating and consulting with my lawyer on the lease, it has been almost 1 full month since the last time I was asked any questions, or replied too. Horrible communication and would not recommend their customer service. Mind you - the lease was 3 pages and extremely vague, missing several necessary parts.
