They do not care at all about their tenants. Jeromy was EXTREMELY blunt to a point of disrespectfulness. I declined their absurd renewal rate solely due to how Jeromy Oblad responded to my inquiries. As if it was disrespectful for me to request a reduced rate given a perfect payment history. A little kindness goes a long way, Jeromy. You were great until recently. It's a shame to see how awful your customer service or ability to be decent to your tenants is.
