Unable to even contact anyone to set up a service. They don't respond to emails and the main phone number directs to the service department which goes to voicemail (which they also don't respond to).
Absolutely the worst mail order surveying supply business in the industry. Arrogant, incompetent, pedantic. They have never gotten an order correct with me, and when you speak to that arrogant lady on the phone, she belittles you for trying to get to the bottom of your botched order. Try Hayes Instrument Company instead. These folks are clueless.
We have used them for 12+ years for all of our land surveying supplies! They always ship same day and it is usually 2 day shipping. We have never had a bad experience with AP.
