Excellent experience. Staff is very attentive to your needs.
My denture has cracked 3 times in the last year. I understand this is comment should be directed towards the LAB and not Dr. Allen or his staff. However, this is becoming ridiculous. I've put up with a lot of mistakes in the past. Patience is running thin. I do love the staff. Very helpful. But please!!
This place was probably one of the worst dental experiences I have ever had. I thought the staff was very nice, but as far as everything else, the work and everything was just a nightmare I asked for a refund because the work wasn’t done properly, but they refuse to give me a refund because they did the work, which I totally understand but if the work isn’t done correctly, it causes more issues and for almost 3 months.
