I called Allen Plumbing when my garbage disposal jammed up badly—there was a metal bottle opener stuck in the teeth. Instead of just saying it wasn’t worth a service call, he took the time to walk me through the steps to fix it myself over the phone. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get it out! I really appreciate businesses like this. He could have easily said no, but instead, he took a few minutes out of his busy day to help me out. Thank you, Allen Plumbing!

We called Allen Plumbing to help us assess a water main leak in September of 2023. Sean was able to come out the day after I called him. When he was running late with his morning job he called to let me know that he would be late and was very apologetic. He gave me a second time of arrival and he did show up at that time. When he realized that we had already dug the trench and found one of the leaks in the water main he was confident that we would be able to fix the leak(s) on our own. I was having some trouble with my drain pipe for the kitchen sink, it is an older home so it has a copper drain pipe. It kept leaking underneath and i tried to fix it a couple times by myself but to no avail. Shawn came over same day and fixed it within 30 mins or so and it’s been working great ever since. Shawn is very knowledgeable and very personable, you can ask him anything about plumbing and he’ll have an answer for ya.
