I did not hire this company. I had an issue with a leaky toilet tank. After describing the issue and the remedial steps I had already taken to Michael Allen, he confirmed that what I had done is what he would have done himself. He acknowledged that he did not want to take advantage of me by charging me for a visit for only a few minutes' worth of work.
