Impossible to get an appointment for new patient, staff is totally unconcerned about patient health, no sense of urgency on their part, not willing to make a referral.

If you're insurance doesn't cover it it will cost you $150 for a doctor to sit with you for 5 min tops! And if you miss an appointment it will cost you $75! So in my case I missed an appointment because I was sick (I have missed one before) but could not pay for my appointment that day so I had to miss another. So in total they we're going to charge me $300 to ask me how it was going and write a script. Worst place ever! You see a different doctor every time. They smile when you enter, until you've paid them. The first part of this review is for the "Dr." She has no bedside manner, is not interested in finding out how someone is doing more than how you have paid for your care. Don't ask her opinion of why medications are reacting to others, she just wants to know you're taking what you have been prescribed. Granted, she is dealing with a lot of unstable people on a regular basis, I have to wonder if they have taken over, maybe a dopple-ganger replaced her? Dr. Riehl, anyone there... read more
