We highly recommend Our Salesman Mr. Richie, who sold us a Microwave and a Gas Range. He really did everything he could to make sure the Delivery and Installation went smoothly, and made a follow up call. Also the Installation Lead Technician Mr. Foy. He has the professional experience to do it perfectly the first time. Both these Gentlemen are a Real Asset to the Company! Thank You!
Excellent service! Theresa was amazing! Needed a new washer and dryer FAST! Had ordered from Lowe's originally, waited a week and a half for delivery then they called to tell me they didn't have it. I immediately cancelled my order and went to Allen Petersen, so happy I did! Saved money and will have my set on FRIDAY! That was because Theresa is fabulous at her job, found a cancellation and called me! THANK YOU!!! I will not buy another appliance from anywhere else again!
The customer service at this location is very poor. I was not acknowledged at all upon entering the store during a visit; later, upon calling this location and inquiring if they carried a common baking product used in sourdough (diastatic malt powder), the employee who answered the phone said “umm I guess we don’t have that since I have no clue what you’re talking about” - no offer to search in their system or special order the product. I won’t be giving this store my business moving forward.
