We had the best experience buying our appliances here. Theresa was helping us and she is awesome! She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us space to talk and decide. We had been shopping at different stores and this was the best experience we had by far. When we came back to confirm the order, we were helped by Rich. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable. After not getting much help at Lowe's, I went next door to this place, and got help immediately with good advice, and the delivery was timely, professional and went smoothly. No damage to our floors, or anything else. I did a little more than I would have, but I especially wanted a GE, since they moved back to the U.S. to do business. I support this.
Great products and a level of customer service you just don’t find when you go to purchase a major appliance at a big box store.
