Very professional, attentive staff. They answered all of my questions/concerns about sanitation, health safety considering this dental visit was the first outing for my kids (9yo & 7yo) since Mar 15, 2020. I felt the kids were kept safe (and I asked them my series of questions afterwards to obtain their point of view). I have always believed this office staff & dentists are top notch and is a huge reason why we drive 20 mins from Frisco. This recent visit only reaffirmed that belief.

We love Allen Pediatric Dentistry! Everyone from the front office staff to the dental assistants to the dentists themselves are great and have made our 2 year old daughter actually comfortable with the idea of going to see the dentist! We could not be any happier with our choice to become a patient here.

My 3 year old daughter had her very first dentist experience and I am so glad we chose Allen Pediatric Dentistry! They were incredible from the very moment we walked in until we left! Every person was so friendly and welcoming. My daughter is very shy and the hygienist (Chelsi) was incredibly patient with her! She showed her every single tool and how it worked before they got started. Even then, my daughter still was not fully comfortable and did not want to lay down so Chelsi did the entire cleaning while she was sitting up... read more

Christopher had a great first dentist experience. All the ladies there made him feel super welcomed and comfortable. They let him help them during the process of things when he was scared or nervous. After his appointment the ladies took him to play games, pick a prize and color with them. He left with a balloon and was super happy. He’s actually excited to go back and that’s what I had hoped for taking him to the dentist for his first time!

I was nervous at first for our appointment because it was my boys first time going to the dentist and they are already not a fan of the doctor's. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a friendly face. All of the ladies who work here are so amazing and truly go out of their way to make sure you and your family feel comfortable. My boys loved their first trip to the dentist!
