ITS UNDERSTANDING THAT THE PROPERTY BOARD HIRED THE NEW MANAGER. RENTING IN A PROPERTY FOR WINNCOMPANIES HAS BEEN ONE OF THE MOST REGRETFUL EXPERIENCE. PAYING RENT TO HAVE UNFAIR TREATMENT AND BARE MINIMUM REPAIRS. SO MUCH HOUSING LAWS BEING VIOLATED AND YET THE BOARD ASSOCIATION MEMBERS LABELING TENANTS FOR SPEAKING UP AGAINST THE UNFAIR TREATMENT. i DO MISS KRIS AND STAFF WE HAD. THEY ALWAYS RAN THE EXTRA MILE FOR ALLEN PARK RESIDENTS. NEW ADMIISTRATION IS ALWAYS DIFFICULT TO GET AHOLD OF, THEY GIVE YOU A SCHEDULE TO GO TO OFFICE AND SAME DAY, THEY SWITCH PLANS. I DONT HAVE MUCH TO SAY ABOUT NEW LANDLORDS BECAUSE THEY HAVE FAILED TENANTS. SO MANY NEIGHBORS HAVE COMPLAINED TO ONE ANOTHER AND WALKING BY IVE HEARD IT ALL. IF WE COULD HAVE KRIS AGAIN, THAT WOULD BE WONDERFUL!!
I love it here I was practically raised here but one thing is that my bathroom ceiling is peeling and my kitchen cabinets are rusting and my mom has contacted the maintenance multiple times and they've done nothing but overall I love it they have fun activities at the office and nice parks and the residents are very kind
