Okay? So I haven't been there yet to give a 5 store review but I caught up there today 3 or 4 times TODAY, nobody was rude to me. They were very patient understanding And down to earth. i've heard nothing but good things about Doctor Patrick England so i'm sorry for those people who gave the one star reviews, But doctor England comes highly highly recommended.And I cannot wait to meet him!!!!!
My mom had a Dr appointment today at this clinic and we sat there and hour past her appointment time waiting to be called while people who got there way after us were being seen so we left and I took mom to my Dr Burns in oberlin and we got right in and he was very thorough I will not be bringing my mother or myself back to this clinic ever again!! Horrible experience and the staff is down right rude!!
I love all the staff I have no complaints they treat you like a real person. I'm thankful for them all
I went to my appointment last week for refills for my ptsd meds and my primary doctor still haven’t sent the meds it’s going to be a week tomorrow with out my medication been having attacks all week 5&8x’s per day. I don’t think my doctor cares tho cause he forgot to put my medication in and when I call he not there, he left or he’s not in. Been calling for days he not there today so I don’t know what to do anymore nurses are wonderful 5stars for them⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️
Why everytime I call we can never get in to see our regular Dr I will not understand I make an appointment to see my Dr for 5/2/25 and now he won't be in I ask if I can go this afternoon and they tell me no I would have to see a totally different Dr I use to like this place now I'm thinking of looking for a different place to go because I can never see my normal Dr I'm sick now and not next week
