Unfortunately, parents are not considered part of the team. They just give standard recommendations without taking in the full picture or asking for input from the parent. After being here for 2 hours, the doctor didn’t even spend 5 minutes with us and addressed none of our concerns. Just came in to give orders and go about her day. This organization advised that they accepted our insurance prior to our initial appointment for a head injury, so we scheduled and attended the appointment, paid our co-pay and scheduled the follow up appointment. Immediately prior to the follow up appointment, we were notified that they do NOT accept our insurance. I advised that I needed to talk to the manager prior to seeing a physician to discuss the situation.
