I have been meaning to write a review for Allen Orthodontics for at least a year now. They have been working with two of my sons who needed expanders and who will eventually need braces. The entire staff are so nice and welcoming every time we go in. Our appointments are always on-time and really quick. My boys love Dr.Allen, he is hilarious and always has them giggling. Doctor Allen is a very personable, friendly, and attention to detail focused orthodontist. I was referred to him mid- 2024. He did my Invisalign treatment & I am very happy with the results. Great staff and very impressive equipment. Highly recommend for anyone who wants perfection. Thank you Dr. Allen. :)
Dr.Allen and his staff are fantastic! They understand and listen to your wants and needs and provide fantastic work and as a result a great outcome. I am very pleased with how my teeth look, and was always happy to interact with everyone on staff. Thanks!
Dr. Allen is a great dude notice how I said dude haha that’s how I refer to him in person. He’s very patient and doesn’t cut corners unless he needs to get it cus he’s a dentist… anywho I digress. I took 2-3 years to get my teeth lined up and he took care of my needs and really wanted the best smile for me. He didn’t remove them until they were 100% straight. Absolute worst experience with their financial department. She tried to speak to me while I was filling out paperwork and I asked her to wait a second so I could focus. She apparently took my ADHD as a personal attack. Completely ableist. She argued with me during our first appointment about waiting to pay the bill in full told me "that's just how we do it".
