I'll take the liberty of notifying prospective patients of this practice about this policy since they don't bother to... Don't miss an appointment with this Dentist... You'll be banned from the office. Oh, and then you'll be charged $75.00 to get your records. Poor communicators - rotten policies. Horrible. Won't ever go back (even if I could) **wink wink**
