Went in for a polish change on my toes and my tech was amazing BUT the receptionis guy was mad rude/standoffish once i declined the upsale for a classic pedicure. Even when I checked out...I stood there while he was texting on his phone, the other friendly lady said something to him so he begrudgingly got off the phone (still had said nothing to me), rings me up and hands me my receipt.
