Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! I had a disappointing experience with this storage company. Initially, I was assured my belongings would be loaded into a storage module on the truck and remain sealed until requested. However, the truck arrived without the module, and I was told there was no forklift driver available. My belongings were later transferred into a module at their Port Melbourne warehouse without my presence. For over three years, I paid $158.17 monthly for 10 cubic meters of storage.
