I had the misfortune of doing business with Mike Allen from 2020-2024. It was the worst experience and mistake of my life. Greedy for money, lied to me about securing a 2M loan to build townhomes in the City of Maricopa. I was naive at the time and neglected to insist on a refund clause in our agreement for 250k that I initially invested in this project. Trusted him and I shouldn't have. As a past employee and tenant in one of there homes this is the most terrible ran company I have ever been involved with in my life. Mike Allen is a lier to everyone, racist by far, will attempt to use Christian conversation to bait you in but walks as the devil. I don't ever recommend anyone alive to believe anything this man says PERIOD! MIKE YOU ARE A FRAUD
