Great customer service! Anytime I've called Holdun and Allen it's been after hours, on a weekend, and/or our house was over 90 degrees inside. They quickly got us on their schedule and came out and fixed the problem. I have been using Allen Leek for over a decade! Great service! I highly recommend!
I had an old central heat and air unit. The wire going to my thermostat for heat was getting 120v and frying my thermostat instead of the 24v it was supposed to get. Cheacked the transformer and only the heat post was putting out 120v. Called Allen leak and two techs came out. Said it was the transformer and changed it out. Put a new thermostat that I just bought and boom, fried my new thermostat. I’m not an ac mechanic but even I check and make sure it’s actually fixed before I turn it back on. Great customer service! I called last night, received a call back in the morning, and someone was out there within 2 hours! I know have AC again in these hot temperatures! Thank you guys so much!
So thankful for this company. Nice, genuine people from the initial phone call to the finishing of the job. Got us fixed up within 2.5 hrs of the call and for a reasonable price. Very grateful!
